Banned Practice @ a basement in Lakewood, CO
We’re teaming up with Grapefruit Lab for an intimate 2-night house show to benefit our local Immigrant Rights Coalition, and Trans Continental Pipeline. We’re also gathering food for JeffCo Head Start, to help families losing their SNAP benefits.
JANE/EYRE @ Buntport Theater
We’re bringing back our popular queer adaptation of Jane Eyre, created with Grapefruit Lab.
Jane/Eyre, No Net Ensnares Me
Our original Jane Eyre adaptation, written along side Grapefruit Lab’s production. You can listen to it here or anywhere you stream – then order the record!
There in the Darkness, She Kindled the Bed
Bertha Mason, the original Mrs. Rochester, has not been treated well – not by her husband, and not by the Charlotte Brontë either.
Resurgam (Helen’s Theme)
This is a major turning point for Jane’s journey – and the first of several relationships that define Jane’s coming of age.
Bewick’s History of British Birds
The first Jane/Eyre single is named after the book young Jane reads at the start of Charlotte Brontë’s novel, and our stage adaptation with Grapefruit Lab.

Whiskey From Strangers
For our second album, we revisit a unified piece of storytelling and music in four movements. This is a modern Denver mythology, based on the Greek stories of Hermaphroditus and Salmacis. This was also developed into a theater production with Grapefruit Lab.
Whiskey From Strangers, Live @ Buntport Theater
As our album-release is overtaken by a Denver mythology, Dan and Sondra and Miriam have to contend with friendship, loss, identity, memory, and a cursed pool that makes men soft.
